About Me

I’m Sinead, a Process Mind Specialist and Therapist, combining neuroscience with evidence-supported techniques to create lasting change.

I’m a certified Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Therapist & Trainer with Marisa Peer, a Certified Havening Techniques® Practitioner, and I’m completing my EFT International Certification alongside a Postgraduate programme in Corporate Wellness at Trinity College Dublin.

With over a decade at Microsoft and a background in Six Sigma process improvement, I know how to break down complex problems and create systems that deliver results. I bring that same process-driven mindset to mental and emotional wellbeing. My approach helps you get to the root cause, release old patterns, and reset your mind for clarity, resilience and health.

How is Clarity to CALM different from other approaches?

Clarity to CALM brings together neuroscience, Havening Techniques®, EFT, subconscious reprogramming, and Parts work to address what’s actually driving your stress and burnout. Instead of learning another way to manage symptoms, you’ll be creating real, lasting change from the inside out.

What happens in the sessions?

 Think of each session (75-90 minutes) as time that’s completely yours. We follow something called the CALM Method: Create Space, Awaken Awareness, Liberate the Mind, and Move Forward.

Together, we’ll use gentle, practical tools to help your nervous system settle, release beliefs that no longer serve you, and shift the patterns that have been holding you back. There’s nothing you need to prepare beforehand, just show up as you are. And if emotions come up? That’s okay. You’ll be held in a safe, trauma-informed space where whatever you’re feeling is welcome.

Do I need to share my whole life story?

Not at all. You share only what feels right for you. The beautiful thing about this approach is that it works without needing to relive or recount every painful detail. Your comfort and sense of safety come first.

 

How quickly will I notice a change?

Many people feel something shift even after the first session, a lighter feeling, a clearer head, or just a sense that something has loosened. Are sessions online or in person?

Most sessions happen online, and honestly, it works beautifully. Many clients feel more at ease in their own space, and when your mind feels safe and familiar, the work goes even deeper.

That said, if there’s a reason you’d prefer to meet in person, we can talk about it. Sessions are typically available Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 14:00.

What if I'm sceptical or not ready to commit to a full program?

That’s completely understandable. You don’t have to dive in all at once. You can start with a single introductory session, no strings attached, just to see how it feels and whether it resonates with you.
